Ernie Lloyd · cello

Ernie Lloyd holds Professor Emeritus rank at Central Michigan University (CMU). Before retiring from Central, he was principal cellist with the Indianapolis Symphony, North Carolina Symphony, and the Jackson Hole Fine Arts Festival Orchestra. He was also cellist with the Jordan quartet at Butler University, the Indianapolis Trio, St. Andrews quartet, and the CMU Faculty Trio. Mr. Lloyd has studied with Leonard Rose, Bernard Greenhouse, Paul Olefsky, Nicolai Graudan, Louis Potter, and Sigvald Thompson.
